Dear Dr. Flower,

I just wanted to write you a short note to say thank you for all your help with Bailey. I would also like to say thank you to all of your staff. You and your staff were always there to answer any of my questions and to always be sure that when I needed to get Bailey in to see you I was able to do so.

With Sincere Thanks,

Lynda & George

Dear Dr. Ficke,

Thank you so much for your lovely card and note. I really appreciated your concern and kindness.

I miss my little cat, Middy, but know she had the best of care with you and Dr. Aleksey. Thank you again for taking such good care of her.

Sincerely,

Maureen

Dear Dr. Aleksey and Staff,

It was very thoughtful of you to send such pretty flowers. Thank you. We have tried to figure out what caused Tippy to be on the barn floor with her blanket and box. Maybe she was frightened by something or got her claws caught in the blanket which hung over the entrance hole of her box and fell off the shelf and hit her neck on the edge of the litter pail that she used to step to get up and down from the shelf. I guess we will never know just what happened, but we do appreciate your concern.

Sincerely,

Susan & Don

Everyone

Thanks for all your help and care with Dubley (Pugsley Jr.). I can't tell you how comforting it is to know he had the best care available. Thanks to Dr. Bernie and Heather for being with us at the end. Your gentleness, kindness, and sympathy made a very difficult time easier for me.

Love,

Lori & Larry

Dear Dr. Aleksey,

Fourteen years of my life were spent with "Louis Rukeyser", aka Louie, and I loved him dearly. He was a fantastic tennis ball catcher until he lost his sight nearly a year ago. This letter is not just to tell you how great a dog Louie was. This is really a thank you letter for the understanding and kindness you showed me and my wife as we brought Louie in three days ago, his last day.

You knew the gravity of Lou's condition. More importantly you had true concern for Lou and understanding of the pain we were experiencing.

Thank you again. You may post this letter or make any other use of it.

With all best regards,

Thomas

Dear Chester Vets & Staff,

Wayne and I would like to thank you for your caring and support. During this last visit, in particular, thank you to Dr. Bernie. She showed great compassion to us in everything from explaining what was going on with Allie to the way she craddled her as they left the room. That made a very difficult time easier knowing how well our animals are treated even in death.

Sincerely,

Wayne & Diane

Dear Caroline,

Bonsal and I wanted to thank you-so much for seeing our dog this week. Not only did you see Sugar quickly, but you followed up in a day you were not in the office-and we really appreciated it.

Fondly,

Isabelle

Hi Dr. Aleksey,

I wanted to thank you for all the care you gave Eggroll and Ben. I never thought I could miss a cat as much as I miss Ben, but I know he got the best vet in the world to be there for him.

Thanks,

Diane & Joyce

Dr. Ficke,

Of all the thank you's that I have written this week, yours is the most difficult and heartfelt. What you did for Brandy over the last 7.5 years was beyond what we expected. We came to you with a sick, sad dog, but because of your care, compassion and desire to make Brandy better. We had some healthy years with her. Even after her stroke in January you made yourself available and approachable. Brandy died at home, peacefully and comfortably. We miss her very much, but the decision had to be made-she was an awesome dog and deserved to die with dignity and class. In time, we may get another German Shepherd and I wouldn't think of taking her to anywhere else but back to you.

Ever thankful,

Laurin & Skip
